The kit can be used to update old Spectrum V4 lift battery systems. Purchasing this kit, rather than the items separately, saves you a significant amount of money. The Fuse Cap is what is used as the 15 AMP fuse in place for the V5 wired battery. The battery comes with the fuse cap but this is an extra replacement part.
